Organisation

Anne-Marie Voorhoeve is Executive Director of CHE. She is a strategic thinker and creative marketeer in the field of experience communication, who strives getting (new) ideas and concepts realized in motivated teams. She is certified Spiral Dynamics Integral I & II and was CHE project leader for the ‘Klaar om te Wenden?’ event in March (900 visitors) and the Euro Confab in September 2006.
During her studies at the University of Groningen and Amsterdam she set up the first non-subsidised, commercial orchestra in the Netherlands: Nederland Theater Orkest. Besides, she worked as a part time intercontinental stewardess for KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines. Before she joined DST Experience Communication in 1993, she worked as a (senior) consultant in two large public relations companies: Van Sluis Communicatie (now part of Publicis) and Winkelman & van Hessen. Being partner of DST, she was jointly responsible for the development of DST as an agency in concept and project management in experience marketing, communication and education. In 2001 she was nominated Register Marketeer by NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing (100+ marketeers are registered). After an enervating trip as a Dutch delegation member to Bhutan, a kingdom near Tibet in 2003, she started her agency de Wijde Blik - Wide Focus, pointing to the process of first broadening your view, and then focus on new opportunities. She is also one of six entrepeneurs (50% Chinese, 50% Dutch) in JP Lambert Cooperation Company in Xi’an, China. Being an energetic facilitator and networker with “wide focus”, she is frequently asked to facilitate group sessions and one-to-one sessions, in which she inspires clients in strategic and conceptual processes. Experience marketing, corporate social responsibility and diversity are logical themes she takes in consideration in every process.
