Constellations
The purpose of CHE’s constellations (communities of practice) is to organise members to explore best practices in their respective domains of interest, including art, politics, education, sustainability, social work, healthcare, law and order, business and leadership, spirituality and religion, agriculture, psychology, coaching, and more. This is where the actual development of new thinking and doing in the different domains takes place, enabled and supported by the foundation. To date, over one hundred practitioners are already meeting, learning and co-creating in the various constellations.
The constellations aim to get integral perspectives into
the mainstream of Dutch society and the collective information
networks. They do this in a number of ways:
- providing comment in the media from an integral perspective
on current affairs in their domain of practice
- creating innovative proposals for integral policy and practice
in the different domains
- being a contact point for people interested in an integral perspective
in their domain
- providing outreach (eg education, presentations, training) for
people in their domains
- holding the space for the constellation of integral practitioners
in their domains
