Klaar om te Wenden
Klaar om te Wenden is an event for 900 people in the Fabrique in Maarssen, the Netherlands. During this even on March 31st 2006 four insipiring futurists share their vision of evolutionairy change an leadership in the world an a possible rol for the Netherlands as one of the guiding communions.

Don Beck - founder of the Center for Human Emergence (CHE)
Peter Merry - co-director of CHE the Netherlands
The event is organised in 2,5 months according to the principles of Natural Design also called Chaordic Design. In only 6 weeks 900 people were gathered together in an atmosphere of innovative thinking and acting. Three of the largest daily newspapers geve attention to the event as did 15 websites and 3 magazines. Over 250.000 people have been reached with the method of Viral Marketing. All has been done by volunteers and without budget.

In the process of organizing this event we also used the concept of Presencing as part of our cooperation and leadership. We spent much time to reflect on our own internal and collective processes as part of the energy that we wanted to create at March 31st and beyond.
