So here we are, start of a new year - and one that promises much. If I stop to think about all the initiatives that are emerging in and around the CHE, the people who are making powerful choices in their lives to commit themselves fully to this work of transformation, and the growing curiosity in the society about what we are up to, then it feels very exciting, humbling and affirming all at the same time.
However it's not too good to stop and think about it for too long, or you start to think about how to manage the whole party, and if there is one secret of our success so far, it has been the power of leading and acting from the Field, one step at a time. Sense Act Sense Act...
So on we go - intention clearly focused, heart wide open, head clear, one step a time - persistently, stubbornly, joyfully, courageously co-creating the field of the future that will see us through these turbulent and engaging times to a place that we are just beginning to
get a sniff of. And there's no going back.
