Beck, Ph.D.
Dr. Don Beck has been developing, implementing,
and teaching the theory of Spiral Dynamics for more than 30 years.
By elaborating on the work of his mentor, Clare Graves, Beck has
developed a multidimensional model for understanding the evolutionary
transformation of human values and cultures. He is employing the
Spiral Dynamics model as CEO of the Spiral Dynamics Group, Inc.
in order to effect large-scale systems change in various sectors
and societies of the world. His most well known book is Spiral
Dynamics: Mastering Values, Leadership, and Change, written with
Christopher C. Cowan.
John L. Petersen
John Petersen's, founder and CEO of the Arlington
Institute, professional involvements include long-range strategic
and product planning and helping leadership design new approaches
for dealing with the future.
Petersen is considered by numerous influential
leaders to be one of the most informed futurists in the country.
He writes and thinks about high impact surprises that are global
in scope, potentially disruptive, and intrinsically out of control.
